 The American Cancer Society joins the rest of the country in mourning the tragedy of the events at the Boston Marathon. Our thoughts are with the runners and their families, friends and the entire running community, as well as with the people of Boston.

 The safety of our event participants is always our primary concern. As such, we have met with local authorities and we do have a plan in place to help ensure the safety of our Sole Burner participants in the event of an emergency or any incident that may put our participants’ safety in doubt.

We look forward to a successful event to help support the fight against cancer.


Together we've raised $112,076.76  to help save lives.
