Join us for the 5th annual Bicycles Battling Cancer ride! Rally together with cycling community’ camaraderie
as we ride on a scenic tour of back roads in central Massachusetts to raise awareness and funds for the
American Cancer Society’s and work together to create a world with less cancer and more birthdays.

Join us on June 9, 2013, as we ride for hope and pedal for progress!

Pre - Event Pasta Dinner and Lodging
Saturday, June 8, 2013 6:00 p.m.
Join us the night before the ride for an evening of networking and inspirational speakers, including American Cancer Society funded researcher, Dr. Duda.  Family and friends are invited to join us as well.  RSVP by the end of the day June 4 to bicyclesbattlingcancer@cancer.org.

And, don't forget to make your lodging reservations as well.  Dormitory lodging is available again this year for riders the night before and the night of the ride.  Reservations are required, are on a first come, first served basis, and must be made by Wednesday, June 5.  Lodging costs are $40 per person, and you must provide your own bedding for twin bed (sheets or sleeping bag, and pillow.) Be one of the top 10 overall fundraisers!

Be one of the top 10 overall fundraisers by Tuesday, June 4, and receive the benefits listed below.  All funds raised and received by the American Cancer Society by the end of the day, Tuesday, June 4 will count towards this challenge.  Funds updated on your personal Web page but not turned in to the American Cancer Society by this date will not count.  This is an individual fundraising challenge so team donations will not count towards individuals' totals.

* Special VIP parking at the Hillside School for the ride.  All riders and volunteers will need to park at Sunovion and be shuttled to the school that day, but not the top 10 fundraisers.  The top 10 fundraisers by Tuesday, June 4 will receive special VIP parking passes to allow them access to the limited parking at the Hillside School.

* Bicycles Battling Cancer pint glasses.  Beer has been generously donated again this year for our finish line festivities.  The top 10 fundraisers by Tuesday, June 4 will receive special Bicycles Battling Cancer pint glasses that will be ready to use at the finish line.

Hillside School lodging discounts

Discounts are available to riders based on their fundraising achievements by the end of the day Tuesday, June 4. 

- Raise $800 and receive a 50% discount off your lodging
- Raise $1500 and your lodging is on us!

And, don't forget about our ongoing fundraising incentives.  Riders have until June 30 to earn this year's jersey, shorts, and Pacesetter jacket Raise $3,000 and become a Bicycles Battling Cancer Pacesetter. In addition to earning the Pacesetter jacket, Pacesetters will also receive special recognition at the pre-event Pasta Dinner, the day of the event, and the post ride celebration.  Pacesetters will also receive special VIP invitations and opportunites throughout the year.

Ready to Ride?

Set your goal, start training and hit the road for a cause that saves lives.  Cyclists participating in Bicycles Battling Cancer will pay a registration fee, commit to fundraising a minimum of $300, and choose from three route options; century, metric century, and lite rides.

Bio-Pharma Challenge

Issued to Bio-Tech-Pharamaceutical companies in New England to compete against one another in the 2013 ride. Click here to learn more!
