Vinyasa with a View Home › Learn About Our Event

Join us for the American Cancer Society's 3rd annual Vinyasa with a View on Tuesday, September 25! At the Vinyasa with a View your energy and generosity make a real difference for people fighting cancer by supporting the local American Cancer Society programs in our community that benefit from the event’s success. With your sponsorship, and the fund-raising efforts of our participants, we are making a difference in the fight against cancer.

Vinyasa with a View will be instucted by Izzy VanHall. In Izzy’s classes you will see creativity and anatomy webbed together into a fluid, adventurous, and empowering flow. Izzy cultivates these principles in order to let one’s body feel safe, stable, and free to explore the depths of her yoga teachings. Izzy incorporates all the knowledge of yoga she is trained in over the last eight years of over fifteen hundred hours of training to create a unique, insightful, and profound class. Izzy offers a myriad of classes; from restorative to vigorous, she feels each day you should listen to your body and give it the practice it needs to clear the mind, balance the body, and listen to the artist within you. Join Izzy at her classes, workshops, teacher trainings, and festivals for a one of a kind artistic flow.
