  • Market/Area Planning Committee Volunteers
Help save lives while fulfilling your own by joining the American Cancer Society Pan Ohio Hope Ride event volunteer planning committee. Volunteer committees oversee the planning and activities of our event. The committee is responsible for helping plan the event, entertainment, recruiting participants and volunteers, and organizing event logistics. It is also a great opportunity to meet others passionate about saving lives from cancer, make lifelong friends, and fight back against the disease.

Volunteer committee members should be able to make the necessary time commitment and be able to serve as a positive representative of the American Cancer Society and the event in the community. This includes regular attendance at meetings, offering contacts and resources to the committee for sponsorships, donations, and vendors, and joining at least one sub-committee.

If you are interested in becoming a Planning Committee volunteer in your area please contact the Pan Ohio Hope Ride at
