Relay for Life has become a worldwide movement, celebrating life and spreading hope. For more than 20 years, communities have come together to raise funds and join in the fight against cancer. Now, more people than ever can experience Relay for Life with your help! Promote your event and encourage more people to get involved by utilizing the Relay for Life resources listed below.

Relay for Life Flyers - Get the word out. Download this 8.5" x 11" flyer to display in your local gym, doctor’s office, grocery store, and anywhere else potential Relay For Lifers may be found. Be creative.
Relay for Life Spanish Poster - Make sure your Hispanic community is in the loop. Download this 8.5" x 11" poster and fill in your event information. Display in your local gym, doctor’s office, bodega, and anywhere else potential Spanish Relay For Lifers may be found.
Relay for Life Spanish Fact Sheet - Share the Relay For Life spirit and let your Hispanic community know what Relay is all about. Download this 8.5" x 11" informative fact sheet and distribute to your Spanish supporters.

Want to do more? Ask your American Cancer Society office about other promotional materials such as Relay For Life brochures, posters, and postcards. But remember the most powerful connection you can make is a personal one, so personally ask individuals in your community to help spread the power of purple!
It’s easier than you think to raise awareness and money to fight cancer! Here are some tips for utilizing the items listed above:
Distribute promotional materials at your kick-off event.
Hold a contest for the most posters posted/most brochures distributed/etc. by a team member to encourage Relay participant recruitment.
Place posters and flyers in schools, churches, grocer stores, neighborhood clubs, banks, hair salons, malls - wherever you see a lot of people traffic!
Print out the Team Captain Handbook and use it to keep your team on track. Let them know how important it is to stay the course!
Mail postcards and e-cards to thank your supporters, encourage team members, and invite people to kick- offs and team meetings.
Include flyers in your fundraising letters and ask supporters to distribute them in their community.
